Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Cell Bunny, every product is made to order — created just for you the moment you place your purchase. That means your case isn’t sitting on a shelf; it’s freshly printed, carefully crafted, and made with attention to detail and quality.
We take great pride in our designs and craftsmanship, and we want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cellbunny.com and include:
1) A brief description of the issue.
2) Two clear photos from different angles showing the problem.
Please include pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
Once received, our team will review and respond promptly to make it right.
Because each item is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or device model selection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cellbunny.com.
